The $200 Demo plan fee is non-refundable once your campaign has been set up and launched. If ChoirAds fails to launch your campaign within 5 business days of receiving all required information, you are entitled to a full refund.
Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun and services have been delivered. If you cancel before your plan renews, you will not be charged for the following month.
If ChoirAds fails to deliver the agreed services (e.g., fails to launch campaigns within the agreed timeframe without cause), you may request a prorated refund for undelivered service days. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service failure.
Ad budgets are managed within your platform accounts and are subject to each platform's own refund policies. ChoirAds does not control platform-side refunds. Unused ad budget remains in your platform account.
